Private terraces over the astronomy center and montagne de Lure, breakfast room, private parking, secure motos & bikes shed, TV and internet connexion in every room – the hotel will provide a quiet yet cosy stay.

Saint-Michel l’observatoire is 6 miles from Forcalquier. The city of Queens (its nickname) is famous for its artists, shows & exhibitions, it Taste & Scents College and its well know monday morning market – probably the biggest around.

A few miles farther, you will discover Rustrel (also known as the provencal Colorado besause of its colored sand hills) or enjoy the Verdon canyon and its beautiful lakes. Mont Ventoux and Montagne de Lure will be a mandatoryjourney for bikers and riders.

For architecture and history lovers, the hotel will be the central hub for a journey throughout the typical Luberon villages, from Sisteron to Gordes.
